I want to use email to inform people about the survey
I want to show people a landing webpage
Add text for your welcome email (basic HTML ok).
A link to the survey will automatically be included in the welcome message. You can move the 'surveyLinkHere' wherever you want but do not delete it. An html and plain-text version will be sent. Name/value pairs will be appended to the auto-generated survey URL the respondant receives and can be used to prepopulate survey question answers.
